The series of the very best things in Helsinki will start with the Fox & Rabbit shop from Kallio district. The owner of the shop has been supporting my art by selling my jewelry and other ceramics from the day she opened the shop. During June the shop will celebrate it's third birthday. Make sure to follow the shop news so you won't miss the invitation to the party! The shop will be filled with wonderful people and music and the party will spread outside all the way to the Vaasankatu street!
This Friday I took some of my cups and cookie plates to the shop. Every time I visit Fox & Rabbit I find something new and wonderful added to the shop selection. The shop's back room serves as a studio for the owner's jewelry line Merry-Go-Round and the shop has the loveliest selection of handmade jewelry and ecological products by other local makers, artists and designers! Parasta Helsingissä -sarjan aloittaa oikeutetusti Kallion ihana Fox & Rabbit. Shoppen omistaja on tukenut taidettani myymällä tekemiäni koruja ja muuta keramiikkaani kaupan avajaispäivästä lähtien. Vein perjantaina liikkeelle myyjäisistä jäljelle jääneitä teekuppeja ja keksilautasia täydentämään kaupan astiavalikoimaa. Jokaisella visiitillä huomaan valikoimaan tulleen aina jotain ihan uutta ja aivan ihanaa!
Vaasankadun kauppa toimii työhuoneena tuotemerkille Merry-Go-Round ja valikoimasta löytyy koruja ja ekologista sekä paikallista designia! Kaupalla järjestetään muun muassa ystävämyyntejä ja neuleiltoja. Jossain vaiheessa kesäkuuta liike juhlii kolmevuotissynttäreitään!
