Best in Nürnberg, Germany

The day we explored Nürnberg, the home town of renaissance painter Albrecht Dürer, was surprisingly quiet even for a Sunday. Since the whole town was asleep we thought it to be a great opportunity to explore museums. On our way, we came across this contemporary art gallery. Although the gallery itself was closed, they had a Kunstautomat in a cigarette vending machine on the wall!

This beautiful and delicate miniature photograph by Andrea Sohler was gently wrapped in bubbles and placed in a cigarette sized box. It did indeed ease our need for art. Geniouses!
